We provide buyers with verifiable REO packages and builder sellout portfolios "direct" from banks, authorized seller attorneys, asset servicing companies, hedge funds and private sellers allowing our buyers to receive real product in two to ten business days. In many cases we are the seller's representative.

Buyers
So that we may ensure our sellers real, bona fide buyers we require buyers to complete our buyer form and provide proof of funds prior to submitting your confidential paperwork to sellers. Brokers will always be compensated and protected with fee agreements, although to ensure streamlined buyer and seller communication, brokers must be willing to bring the direct buyer forward to close the transaction in an expeditious manner.
